The ‘Wall of Thanks’ was created for the new Nightingale and Genesis Breast Cancer Research and Treatment Centre at Wythenshaw Hospital in South Manchester. The commission was devised and managed by Helen Kitchen of Lime. The piece, made with stainless steel, etched perspex, oak and silver, includes the names of individuals and companies who contributed funds to the new building.  The artwork was designed to work along side a site-specific stained glass window by Martin Donlin. Working in collaboration with Martin and Lime, patients and staff were involved in the development of concepts for the artwork.
